Addison Project Plc is seeking a contractor to provide Process Engineering services for a Process Sector upgrade project. This scope will be delivered from our Thornton-Cleveleys office.

Services to be provided

  • Produce Process Calculations/Data sheets/Equipment specification
  • Produce PFD/P&ID/Cause and effect development
  • Produce Process reports/philosophy
  • Plant troubleshooting
  • Equipment/Piping/Valve/inline items and instrument schedules
  • Checking/Approval of documents
  • Liaising with vendors for equipment
  • HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA attendance
  • Hazardous Area Classification and DSEAR assessment

Evidence Required

  • A Chemical degree is essential.
  • Chartered status is desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience working in a UK Onshore process engineering design team, within either a petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical or food and beverage industry.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of HAZOP, DSEAR and ATEX in a COMAH environment.
  • Ability to work to high level of autonomy and to produce high quality results.
  • Passion for and track record for delivering safe, fit for purpose, accurate design, completed to cost and programme.
  • Ability to be adaptable and to drive progress to meet targets.
  • Thorough approach with attention to detail and the ability to recognise and minimise risks.
