Addison Project Plc is seeking a contractor to provide Process Engineering services for a Process Sector upgrade project. This scope will be delivered from our Thornton-Cleveleys office.
Services to be provided
- Produce Process Calculations/Data sheets/Equipment specification
- Produce PFD/P&ID/Cause and effect development
- Produce Process reports/philosophy
- Plant troubleshooting
- Equipment/Piping/Valve/inline items and instrument schedules
- Checking/Approval of documents
- Liaising with vendors for equipment
- HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA attendance
- Hazardous Area Classification and DSEAR assessment
Evidence Required
- A Chemical degree is essential.
- Chartered status is desirable.
- Demonstrable experience working in a UK Onshore process engineering design team, within either a petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical or food and beverage industry.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of HAZOP, DSEAR and ATEX in a COMAH environment.
- Ability to work to high level of autonomy and to produce high quality results.
- Passion for and track record for delivering safe, fit for purpose, accurate design, completed to cost and programme.
- Ability to be adaptable and to drive progress to meet targets.
- Thorough approach with attention to detail and the ability to recognise and minimise risks.
