An NHS trust based in Croydon, is looking to hire an Employee Relations Advisor on a temporary basis for 4 months. You will help manage the casework surrounding, for example, sickness / absence. The role is paying £14.32 an hour PAYE.

This is a terrific opportunity for a HR professional who wants to develop their Employee Relations toolkit and experience.

You will provide comprehensive and professional Employee Relations service working closely with Senior Employee Relations colleagues who will ensure that you are fully supported.

You will be responsible for managing an employee relations case load including sickness absence, disciplinary, early resolution and capability cases working proactively with managers to agree outcomes and propose recommendations, ensuring that risks are dealt with efficiently.

To be considered for this role you will be educated to Degree level, or have equivalent experience in an HR Advisory role, and be CPP or part CIPD qualified. You will have experience advising managers in relation to complex people management issues and it is hoped you will also have experience supporting with disciplinary and grievance investigations.
