Technical Sales Administrator - South London - Up to 40k
I am working with a global technology company, based in South London who are now looking for a Technical Sales Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with customers and team members via phone and email, addressing requests and questions promptly.
- Prepare, review, and submit quotations and process purchase orders
- Manage customer orders and returns, coordinate with dispatch/warehouse, and provide shipping documentation.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams, improving processes and ensuring project information is shared effectively.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience of working within an ERP system
- Good understanding of export regulations post Brexit
