Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of maintenance engineers across all shifts.
- Plan and oversee preventative maintenance schedules and engineering projects.
- Manage budgets, resources, and third-party contractors effectively.
- Ensure safety compliance, engineering standards, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor performance, track KPIs, and report progress to senior management.
About You:
- Proven experience managing maintenance or engineering teams in manufacturing/food production.
- Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance, CMMS systems, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Strategic thinker with experience optimising team performance and maintenance processes.
