Inventory Line LeadÂ
Monday – Friday 15:00pm – 23:30pm 40 hours per week
Are you ready to take the lead in a high-energy and dynamic environment where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork drive success? We're looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Line Lead to oversee inventory operations within our clients thriving and fast paced manufacturing facility.
As the Inventory Line Lead, you’ll be the go-to for all things inventory. From managing responsibilities such as cycle counts and stock audits to goods in and warehouse functions. Your role will be pivotal in identifying and resolving inventory challenges while working alongside cross-functional teams to support production and business goals.
Your Key Responsibilities as the Inventory Line Lead Will Include:
- Leading and promoting health, safety, and risk management within the department
- Coordinating daily departmental workflow and staff direction
- Ensuring stock accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining data integrity
- Optimising the use of MRP and company software to support production needs
- Participating in team meetings and offering solutions to operational issues
- Providing performance feedback and coaching to inventory, receiving, and kitting teams
- Flagging and supporting the resolution of issues with work instructions or processes
- Upholding 6S compliance in all relevant warehouse areas
- Managing team training, holiday schedules, and absence reporting
- Supporting production surges and critical timelines with flexibility and leadership
- Completing all mandatory training and company compliance activities
Personal Qualities and Behaviours as the Inventory Line Lead:
- Ability to organise workload effectively for the purpose of meeting production schedules with stock availability
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility /versatility combined with initiative, drive and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support employees
- Use of Computer and MRP systemsÂ
