The Role
As Senior Programme Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of a multi-disciplinary programme team, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and governance across key workstreams. Reporting directly to the Programme Director, you’ll play a critical role in enabling execution and driving alignment between product, engineering, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities

Establish and manage a central programme action tracker and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log.

Coordinate and consolidate inputs for weekly programme reviews and leadership updates.

Facilitate alignment across workstreams by ensuring all stakeholders are clear on priorities, timelines, and interdependencies.

Follow up on actions, proactively chase updates, and support in removing blockers to progress.

Prepare concise, executive-level reporting and documentation to support strategic decision-making.

Proven experience in programme or project coordination in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
