My client is a specialist fit out and refurbishment contractor with a track record of delivering beautifully crafted high end interior spaces across a range of sectors. Their reputation is built on quality, integrity, and long-term client relationships.

About the Role

They are looking for a confident and capable Project Manager with experience delivering high end interior fit out or refurbishment projects ranging from £100k to £4m in a fast paced industry.

You’ll be the driving force behind your projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and to a standard that exceeds expectations. You’ll have full responsibility for your sites, reporting directly to senior management and liaising closely with clients and consultants throughout.

The key responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Manage site inductions and oversee and manage health and safety compliance.
  • Managing all site documentation
  • Reviewing and signing off sub-contractor RAMS
  • Managing subcontractors & trades on site
  • Setting up the site
  • Manage the site workbook
  • Snag and raise issues with works teams and ensure items are rectified and finished to the correct standard and in a timely manner
  • Arranging internal & external team meetings, client meetings and sub-contractor meetings including producing agendas
  • Lead meetings, take minutes and issue to attendees
  • Book sub-contractors onto project to meet program milestones
  • Update the program of works on a weekly basis
  • Responsability for the financial success of the projects
