Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Environmental Advisor with a background in Nuclear on a contract basis, to be located in Thurso.
Profile
- On the job learning alongside training. coaching and mentoring
- Support and collaborate with senior members of the environment team
- Assist with management system document development, reviews and updates to ensure it continues to meet the requirements of ISO:14001
- Support the production of best practical means (BPM) documents, environmental aspects assessments and environmental advice notes
- Undertake environmental surveys, inspections and audits
- Collate, analyse and interpret technical data
- Understand and comply with environmental permits and licence conditions
- To work with the site's regulators and other stakeholders
- Promote environmental awareness and the reporting of environmental UNOR's
