Teamforce Labour are seeking an experienced Civils Site Supervisor in Thurso.

What You Will Do
  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including site labour, subcontractors, and plant
  • Manage site labour, subcontractors and plant to deliver works safely and efficiently
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environmental policies and site procedures
  • Read, interpret and work from drawings and specifications accurately
  • Maintain site records, complete daily reports and monitor progress reporting to project management
  • Liaise with project management and other stakeholders to ensure works are delivered to programme and specification
Requirements
  • Proven experience working as a Civils Site Supervisor
  • Valid CSCS card (Supervisor level preferred)
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)
  • First Aid certificate (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong understanding of civils and groundworks (e.g., drainage, earthworks, foundations, utilities)
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Competent in completing paperwork, site reports and maintaining records
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure works run efficiently and safely
