What You Will Do
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including site labour, subcontractors, and plant
- Manage site labour, subcontractors and plant to deliver works safely and efficiently
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environmental policies and site procedures
- Read, interpret and work from drawings and specifications accurately
- Maintain site records, complete daily reports and monitor progress reporting to project management
- Liaise with project management and other stakeholders to ensure works are delivered to programme and specification
- Proven experience working as a Civils Site Supervisor
- Valid CSCS card (Supervisor level preferred)
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)
- First Aid certificate (preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of civils and groundworks (e.g., drainage, earthworks, foundations, utilities)
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Competent in completing paperwork, site reports and maintaining records
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure works run efficiently and safely
