Site Manager - Thurso (Accom Provided)
We are currently seeking an experienced Refurb Site Manager for a 4-week project based in Thurso. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing refurbishment works on site, ensuring health and safety standards are met and the project is delivered on time.
Key Requirements:
Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
First Aid at Work
CSCS Card
Scaffold Inspection Ticket - Essential
Proven experience in managing refurbishment projects
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage subcontractors and site activity efficiently
Additional Requirements:
Must pass a drug and alcohol test prior to starting on site

4 weeks
