What You'll Bring:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
Excellent understanding of food safety, HACCP,HACCP and COSHH
COSHHFood Hygiene certificate and allergen awareness training
Passion for delivering high-quality food and service
Ability to lead and inspire a team in a busy kitchen

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations
Lead food preparation, cooking, and presentation to agreed standards
Manage and develop kitchen staff
