The successful applicant will be responsible for reporting issues and conducting daily stock checks while ensuring compliance with device designation rules.

We are recruiting for an SC Cleared IT Engineer for a leading IT service provider based in Tidworth.Migration Set-upSet-up Refresh ClinicMove the required quantity of devices as instructed by theContractor Engineer and Site Manager from the onsite storage location to theRefresh Clinic locationLogin to any system as required via device(s) provided bythe contractor’s engineer and Site Manager and under their instructionsRefresh laptopsCollect existing devices from users and handover new devicesin accordance with the migration schedule and project processesHandover and collect the correct number of devices each inaccordance with the migration scheduleCorrectly update the Contractor’s workflow management systemat all relevant stepsReport issues arising from migration activity promptly andaccurately to the contractor Engineer and Site ManagerWhere issues cannot be resolved immediately, pass them overto an onsite Post Migration Support EngineerConduct manual stock checks daily and report findings to thecontractor Engineer and site ManagerPlace existing devices collected from users at the RefreshClinic within the packaging that was used to contain a new device and inaccordance with the device Designation Rules mark the outside of the box toindicate whether it is for “disposal” or for RefurbishmentAt the end of each day, move all the devices and equipmentinto the onsite storage location.This is an umbrella contract, the role is Inside IR35
