The job requires an experienced time-served plumber with a minimum NVQ qualification and at least 3 years of experience in plumbing maintenance, particularly in commercial buildings.
Responsibilities include undertaking plumbing work, repairing and maintaining plumbing equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Candidates should have experience with maintaining pumps, motors, and valves, as well as operating cooling towers.
All work must be documented appropriately and submitted to the Administrative Office as per established procedures.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

To undertake all plumbing work on the full range of commercial buildings
To repair and maintain a wide range of plumbing equipment
Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation
Ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and returned to the appropriate Administrative Office in accordance with established procedures
Experience of maintaining Pumps, Motors and Valves
Experience of operating Cooling Towers
Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regard to maintenance activitie

Qualifications / Training

Experienced time served Plumber with minimum NVQ qualification
Ideal candidate would have plumbing maintenance experience working in commercial buildings
