Trainee Site Manager - Tilbury, Essex

PSR Solutions are currently assisting a main contractor in their search for a Trainee Assistant Site Manager.

This role will be covering construction works through to completion of a commercial/industrial project. The organisation is a main building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality schemes ranging from 1m to 25M in value.

Location: Tilbury, Essex

Job type: Contract / Temp-to-permanent

Salary: 200 - 230/day

Trainee Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Supporting Senior Site Manager with coordinating works, managing contractors, ordering materials.
• Adhering to health and safety policies, promoting safe working practices, and completing relevant documentation.
• Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including equipment usage and site diary entries.
• Supervising deliveries.

Trainee Site Manager requirements/skills:

• CSCS card
• SMSTS / SSSTS
• Degree in Construction Management or similar

Construction/property experience is essential.
