Our client is currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team in the vibrant Tilbury depot!
As a Sales Administrator, you will manage key account order inputs and handle daily management of cases and credits within agreed timeframes. You'll be tasked with addressing customer refunds and payment queries while supporting the development of new business. Your responsibilities will also include raising orders, checking stock, and pricing for all customer enquiries, alongside providing ad hoc support as required. In this role, your contributions will help streamline processes and enhance our exceptional customer service.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with no evenings or weekends.
