We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for developing talent in the Transport & Distribution industry. The role is based in Tilbury and requires strong experience within Employee Relations.

Client Details

Due to continued growth they are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to be based at their offices in Tilbury. The successful candidate will be confident managing ER cases from start to finish, including complex grievances and disciplinaries.

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Leading talent development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Providing guidance on employment law and compliance issues.
  • Coordinating recruitment activities to attract top talent.
  • Supporting the HR team in strategic planning and project management.
  • Assisting in the management of HR metrics and reporting.
  • Fostering a positive work culture and promoting the company's core values.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:

  • CIPD qualified or qualified by experience
  • Experience in a HR Advisor role with extensive experience managing Employee Relations cases from start to finish
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision making.
  • Live locally to Tilbury
  • The role is available on a full time or part time basis
