ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

We are seeking a Multiskilled HVAC/Plumbing Engineer to undertake both reactive and planned maintenance tasks. The role involves maintaining all M&E assets across the site, with occasional support at nearby locations as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out mechanical remedial works and rectify faults promptly.
  • Perform planned maintenance in line with PPM schedules and company standards.
  • Deliver PPM activities professionally and to a high standard.
  • Produce technical and situational reports as needed.
  • Use provided technology systems to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients.
  • Attend team meetings and briefings as requested.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Escalate major site issues or incidents to your line manager immediately.
  • Maintain awareness of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality legislation and adhere to company policies.
  • Be flexible to work at other local sites when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Clear DBS check
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in HVAC/Air Conditioning
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
  • Hot Water Systems and Safety Course G3 (Part G3 Building Regulations)
  • Water Regulations & L8
  • PASMA certification
  • IPAF certification
