As an Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will assist the Warehouse Management Team in overseeing operations for both the early and late shifts. Your role will involve ensuring that operational objectives are met, leading the warehouse team, and promoting compliance with our policies. You will handle employee management and may occasionally cover the night shift. Don't worry if you're not familiar with every processfull training will be provided to help you thrive in this exciting position!

Hours of Work:

  1. Monday to Friday, no weekends
  2. Rotating shifts: 6:00am 3:00pm and 11:00am 8:00pm, every 4 6 weeks

Assistant Warehouse Manager Requirements:

  1. Experience in a similar warehouse management role.
  2. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  3. Confidence and the ability to take responsibility.
  4. Quick learner who embraces change and new ideas.
  5. FLT Counterbalance certificate is required.
