Senior Support Worker

Salary: £14.35-£15.43 per hour, depending on experience, £70.50 per sleep-in, typically 6-8 nights per month

Hours: 40 per week

- Ensuring each young person is cared for effectively, addressing their care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic and health needs.

- always Exercising appropriate control over children and young people, maintaining a safe environment

- Working in partnership with parents, families, carers and other professionals to advocate for, safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.

- Maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality

- Covering various shifts including early mornings, late evenings and sleep-ins, on weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays, within the Homes and on residential trips

- Promoting an organisational culture which values every team member's contribution and is intolerant of discrimination in any form.
