Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming sales enquiries, delivering prompt and professional responses.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing customers to manage enquiries and order details efficiently.
  • Support the internal team in processing sales orders, ensuring customer requirements are accurately translated and fulfilled.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, both internally and through coordination with external partners.
  • Generate detailed and accurate quotations for potential customers, ensuring a high standard of service and responsiveness.
  • Monitor pricing and profit margins, implementing strategies to enhance profitability without compromising customer retention.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and support annual sales and commercial budgets.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to enhance the company's value proposition through additional products and services.
  • Identify and recommend new products to expand the company's portfolio and support revenue growth.
  • Provide regular sales and commercial performance reports to management.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the business.
