Winner Education are seeking an experienced KS2 teacher for a primary school in the Tipton area. This is a full-time role, with the successful candidate required to start after the October half term and will be on a long-term basis to provide Maternity Cover. You must hold a QTS with previous experience in KS2, this role is not suitable for ECT’s.

The successful candidate must:
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum
- Have previous experience working in KS2
- Hold a Qualified Teacher Status
- Be confident in delivering lessons to full class sizes
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be able to form excellent relationships within the school team as well as pupils and parents
- Show willing to go ‘above and beyond’
- Be a reliable and responsible role model

Roles and responsibilities:
- Lead on lesson planning and preparation
- Tailor lesson resources and materials to those pupils who require additional support
- Assessing and providing pupil feedback and progress reports
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare
