Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a progressive and driven privately owed Manufacturing business to recruit for a Sales Team Leader!

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales administrators, keeping processes sharp, customers happy, and performance high.

Salary - 拢30,000 plus quarterly bonus

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 3pm

Key Responsibilities:

路 Team Leader: Manage and support the sales admin team day-to-day, ensuring resources are in the right place at the right time.

路 Inbox Monitor: Keep on top of shared inboxes, making sure customer queries are actioned quickly and accurately.

路 Hands-On Support: Step in to cover holidays or assist during busy periods, keeping service levels consistent.

路 Customer Champion: Drive outbound callouts by creating call sheets and ensuring customers receive regular, proactive contact.

路 Account Manager: Oversee pre-order and key account customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are always met.

路 Performance Manager: Carry out 1-2-1s and appraisals to support, coach, and develop your team.

For this role we are looking for someone with previous Sales Team leader experience ideally from manufacturing / Engineering, someone who is proactive and is constantly looking for ways to make processes / the service better!
