Job Title: Factory Operative
Location: Tiptree, Essex
Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour
Shifts: Early (06:30-15:30) OR Late (15:30-00:00)
Start Date: 26th August 2025
Duration: Temporary - 4 to 6 weeks (potential to extend)
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Tiptree on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic assembly and production line tasks
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
- Following health and safety guidelines
- Working effectively as part of a team
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work either early or late shifts
- Punctual and reliable
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is a bonus but not essential
Start date: Monday, 26th August
Duration: 4-6 weeks (with potential for extension)
