Rare opportunity for a talented Head Chef to take the leading role in this 26 bedroomed luxury care home (essentially a small hotel with nurses), excellent position for a chef that's passionate about providing quality fresh food for maximum resident enjoyment and nourishment.

Cooking for residents and staff you should have a good knowledge of fresh seasonal produce and understand the need to provide well balanced dishes ensuring nutritional value is delivered. All aspects of running a commercial kitchen and maintaining a hygienic working environment apply. As Head Chef you will ideally have some experience of cooking cakes and making desserts. The residents look to enjoy excellent food and service in the restaurant standard dining room. Obviously there's a need for some dietary requirements to be observed.
