Maintenance Electrical Engineer

Hours: 7:00-4:00 Mon-Thurs | 7:00-12:00 Fri (39h/week - Day Shift)

Location: Tiverton

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary : Upto £42,000 DOE

We are working with a leading manufacturer in Tiverton with an exciting opening for a skilled Electrician to join their engineering team. This is a day-shift, permanent position ideal for someone experienced in maintaining CNC and industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

-              Electrical installation, testing, and maintenance across site systems

-              Preventative & reactive maintenance on CNC machines (3-, 4- & 5-axis)

-              Diagnostics & repairs on Fanuc, Siemens, Hurco, and Omron PLCs

-              Conducting EICRs, safety inspections, and risk assessments

-              Supporting continuous improvement projects and managing contractors

What We're Looking For:

-              Industrial or manufacturing background (CNC machinery experience preferred)

-              Confident working with PLC control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.)

-              Health & safety conscious, proactive, and keen to develop
