You would be joining their dynamic team and play a key role in keeping our high-speed production facility running at peak performance. This role will be on a Panama Shift covering days/nights/weekends

 

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to prevent breakdowns and improve efficiency.
  • Utilising CMMS systems to track and document maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshooting PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated systems.
  • Leading problem-solving initiatives and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Working collaboratively with production teams to enhance overall plant reliability.

 

What You Bring to the Table:

A qualified electrical and mechanical engineer with experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred).

  • A recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Strong expertise in fault-finding, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to maintenance and continuous improvement.
