Finance Assistant - Tiverton
Full time (4 days a week considered)
Contract - 6 months
£28,000
A local, highly regarded business based on the outskirts of Tiverton are looking for add an extra head into its finance team due to significant growth. This close-knit team have a busy and varied customer base so we need an individual who is a good communicator, experienced in an accounts environment and looking to add real value to a team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Purchase ledger management
- Sales ledger and credit control assistance
- Assisting with the month processes, bank reconciliations and journals
- Payroll assistance.
The ideal candidate will be minimum part AAT qualified, have experience within purchase ledger processing and be willing to take on more responsibility. Due to the location, you will need access to your own transport. This is a team orientated environment with everyone mucking in where necessary within the finance team. Initially offered on a six month contract to cover an increase in workload, there can be the potential of a longer term/permanent role throughout the assignment.
