  • Manage a caseload of approximately 20 young people
  • Provide tailored support to improve life chances, safety, housing, education, employment, and independence
  • Build trusting relationships and promote emotional well-being and resilience
  • Develop and implement pathway plans based on assessed needs
  • Liaise with multi-agency partners to coordinate support and safeguard young people
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure statutory duties are met in a timely manner
  • Travel locally and occasionally out of county to visit young people
About You:
  • Experience working directly with young people, families, and carers
  • Strong understanding of legislation including Children Act 1989 and Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000
  • Knowledge of child development and the challenges facing care leavers
  • Comfortable managing a varied caseload and working independently
  • Resilient, compassionate, and committed to making a difference
  • Willingness to work flexibly and travel as required
