Personal Assistant

8-week contract (potential to be extended)

Todmorden - £23.50ph (inside IR35)

We are supporting a reputable large manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire looking for a established Personal Assistant to join their business on an 8-week contract. There is potential the role could be extended.

This role is full time and does offer 2 days a week WFH. Successful candidates must be available immediately or at short notice.

Successful candidates must be dynamic, intelligent and a highly organised PA. You will be responsible for keeping working life running smoothly and provide business critical support for the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities in the role:

  • Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements.
  • General administration including, printing, binding documents, ordering stationery.
  • Preparing and amending documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails as required.
  • Build office culture by helping to organise teambuilding events, volunteer activities, speaker presentations, etc.
  • Assist in organising, managing and hosting of events to help promote customers, build communities, new relationships with potential customers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external partners and business guests as appropriate to organize meetings.
  • Organize both team and large-scale events and run the project end-to-end, including planning and budgeting.
  • Handle and process mail and correspondence as required.
  • Booking cost effective air/hotel/ground transportation in accordance with the Company policy.
  • Minute taking, preparing packs and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Good general standard of education including Maths and English.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet research.
  • Previous PA experience is essential and providing support to more than one person would be an advantage.
  • Experience of working with top-level executive management team and handling sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of integrity and discretion.
