Due to the companies rapid growth we are seeking an ambitious Administrator for a role based near Tonbridge, within a challenging and fast-paced utilities business. The successful candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a strong ability to multitask.

Description

  • Ensure seamless operation of the office through effective administrative support
  • Organise and manage office systems and processes
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings and manage associated logistics
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Manage communications via phone, email and in person
  • Assist in other secretarial and business support tasks as required
