Job Title: Marketing Administrator/CoordinatorLocation: TonbridgePay: £12.50 - £15ph Contract Details: Part Time - 3 days per weekHours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:Join our clients dynamic team as a Marketing Administrator/Coordinator! �? In this role, you'll support key marketing systems and help drive exciting campaigns. Your day-to-day will include:
- Assisting users with website, reporting, and marketing platforms.
- Managing national email marketing campaigns and templates. ??
- Keeping our website content fresh and up-to-date, reporting on outdated material.
- Supporting content creation, including articles, photography, and minor design work. ???
- Collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team and external agencies on various projects.
- Crafting engaging social media posts for platforms like Facebook and Instagram. ??
- Providing admin support to the Marketing Executive, including maintaining an order log and coordinating signage for sales offices.
- Assisting with the setup and management of IT for sales teams.
Key Relationships:
- Work closely with the Sales Team, Marketing Director, and external agencies.
- Collaborate with Legal, Customer Care, Finance, and Production departments.
Skills & Experience:Are you the right fit? We're looking for someone with:
- Knowledge of social media applications and content management (Sitecore CMS is a plus!).
- Experience with email marketing and Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in Administration or Sales & Marketing roles.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Maintain an up-to-date website and effective communication with external agencies.
- Ensure timely completion of filing and monthly processes.
