Are you well organised? Are you looking for a 12 month contract to learn and grow your experience? Join our client, who provide comprehensive support to clients from design through to commissioning. They are seeking a motivated and proactive Team Organiser to enhance one of their busiest departments, in the heart of Tonbridge.

Responsibilities:

  • Support management with various administrative tasks
  • Managing diaries, ensuring meetings are scheduled timely
  • Coordinating management team movements and filing timesheets accurately
  • Arranging accommodation and travel logistics
  • Processing and authorising annual leave requests for team members
  • Preparing and amending essential documents such as reports, letters, minutes, and agendas
  • Managing travel invoices and expenses, promptly addressing any discrepancies
  • Coordinating team meetings to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
  • Compiling a monthly report of key safety performance indicators for management review

To excel in this role, you should be self-motivated and thrive under pressure with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, TEAMS, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Confidence in utilising various digital systems for effective communication and data management
  • A minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C, including English and Maths
  • A flexible, proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to support others
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting varying deadlines
