We're searching for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join an exceptional culinary team at a leading golf and country club. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and is ready to elevate their skills in a high-standard environment.
As Chef de Partie, you'll work closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to deliver outstanding food, maintain impeccable kitchen standards, and contribute to the smooth running of all sections. You'll be responsible for preparing dishes to specification, overseeing food safety, supporting and supervising junior team members, managing stock efficiently, minimising waste, and playing a key role in continuous improvement.
