Sales Executive - Tonbridge

£25,000 - £30,000 + Commission

Are you a driven and ambitious Sales Executive looking for your next opportunity? Reed Business Support are working with a fantastic business based in Tonbridge who are looking to expand their team with a motivated and enthusiastic sales professional.

The role:

You’ll be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a varied role that offers plenty of autonomy and the chance to really make your mark within a growing business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a sales role, ideally B2B
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a passion for exceeding goals
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred (but not essential)
