Customer Support Administrator

Salary: 26,000-28,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday
Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
Locatiion: Rural Tonbridge, you must be a driver due to the location

This is a very customer-focused & technical support position where you will be responsible for:-

• Speaking with suppliers to resolve customer queries
• Assisting customers with technical issues regarding their products
• Ordering products directly with suppliers
• Raising invoices
• Updating the internal CRM system and accounts programme
• Processing customer and internal stock order requests
• Replying to customer queries within the support desk
