£30k basic with £53k OTE

Permanent/Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5:30pm) / Saturday (08.30am – 5pm) and 1 in 3 Sundays (10:00am – 4pm) / A day off in lieu will be given each work for working on the Saturday.
Our client, located in Tonbridge, is looking for an Transaction Manager to join their team. Duties & Responsibilities:
- You will be working closely with the Sales Manager to ensure the team achieve their targets on new and used car sales, finance and add-on’s, finance renewals, lead management and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maximising profitable sales or finance and insurance products.
- Help stack deals (including valuing part exchange cars) for the sales consultants and second face customers when required.
- Assisting in the closing of sales by providing finance products as an aid to selling.
- Managing workload and multiple customers.
- Diary management.
Your Background & Skill:
- Experience as a Transaction Manager/Business Manager/Sales Controller or a Senior Sales Executive looking for a step up
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Knowledge of the main dealer sales world.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
