Are you an experienced Practice Manager with a background in financial services? My client, a well-established wealth management practice, is looking for a proactive and dedicated Practice Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading firm that offers a comprehensive range of services, including investment planning, retirement solutions, and tailored financial advice.

In this role, you will be supporting a wide range of clients, from those with modest investments to high-net-worth individuals, while ensuring smooth operations and compliance within the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service & Case Management: Oversee client reviews from start to finish, liaising directly with clients, handling disinvestments, and ensuring smooth case management.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Support the acquisition of new clients, retain existing relationships, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • HR & Office Management: Manage holiday requests, KPI reports, and payroll for the team. Ensure office compliance with regulatory standards and maintain an efficient and organised environment.
  • Administration & Compliance: Use CRM systems to track new business, maintain project-driven approaches for legislative changes, and ensure all client documents are compliant and regularly updated.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience within a financial services practice, with a strong background in administration, paraplanning, and client servicing.
  • HR experience with the ability to support staff development and ensure compliance.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of pensions and investments, GDPR, and Cyber Essentials Plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for the financial services sector and a commitment to continuous professional development.
