An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven and skilled professional to step into the role of Accounts and Tax Supervisor within a highly respected practice of Chartered Accountants.We are seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in preparing end-of-year accounts and managing both personal and corporate tax obligations. Individuals who have independently managed a client base and provided mentorship to junior team members will be given strong consideration.Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and evaluating annual financial accounts for a variety of businesses
Managing and checking self-assessment returns and corporation tax documentation
Taking responsibility for a set group of client relationships
Mentoring, training, and supervising less experienced colleagues
Fostering client rapport and delivering expert guidance on accounting and taxation matters

Person Specification:

ACA or ACCA qualified
Sound knowledge of prevailing tax rules and accounting regulations
Demonstrated success in overseeing client portfolios and guiding teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently and contribute effectively within a team dynamic
