- Developing and implementing robust safety systems and protocols
- Conducting in-depth risk assessments and internal audits to align with regulatory obligations
- Leading emergency planning and delivering associated staff training
- Investigating incidents and driving the implementation of preventative measures
- Managing budgets and resources tied to safety-related programmes
- At least 5 years’ experience in a health and safety capacity, ideally within fast-paced sectors like FMCG or pharmaceuticals
- Holds NEBOSH or IOSH certification
- Skilled at interpreting data and addressing multifaceted challenges
- Capable of influencing teams and embedding safety-first practices
- Strong communicator – both written and verbal
- Additional qualifications in Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma are a plus
