Take the Lead in Promoting a Culture of Safety within a Globally Recognised Organisation!We’re on the lookout for an experienced Health & Safety professional to step into a pivotal standalone role. This is your chance to oversee all aspects of occupational safety, ensure compliance with legal requirements, shape long-term safety strategies, and cultivate a progressive health and wellbeing ethos across the business.Core Duties:
  • Developing and implementing robust safety systems and protocols
  • Conducting in-depth risk assessments and internal audits to align with regulatory obligations
  • Leading emergency planning and delivering associated staff training
  • Investigating incidents and driving the implementation of preventative measures
  • Managing budgets and resources tied to safety-related programmes
The Ideal Candidate:
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a health and safety capacity, ideally within fast-paced sectors like FMCG or pharmaceuticals
  • Holds NEBOSH or IOSH certification
  • Skilled at interpreting data and addressing multifaceted challenges
  • Capable of influencing teams and embedding safety-first practices
  • Strong communicator – both written and verbal
  • Additional qualifications in Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma are a plus
