We are working with a new client to recruit Line leaders for their site in Marden, Kent. You role will be to lead and manage people / process / product and deliver in full production jobs to customer specification whilst being compliant to both internal / external processes and procedures.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:To lead and manage people / process / product and deliver in full production jobs to customer specification whilst being compliant to both internal / external processes and procedures. • Ensure that all jobs produced meet the customers specifications. • Ensure your workplace is compliant to both food safety / H&S metrics and standards are maintained at all the times on lines you are responsible for.• Accurate recording of production jobs • Ensure that all labels and packaging are correctly recorded on ALL jobsproduced.• Production lines are set up efficiently avoiding downtime and loss in productivity.• Ensure class 1 and class 2 is regularly inspected and recorded accurately on jobs to customer specifications.• Engage & communicate to your team the required job standard.• Ensure that any product produced is verified against customer specificationensuring packaging, label, product information is recorded accurately.• Communicate ALL quality changes in production and raise any non- conforming product which is different from plan is raised accordingly and recorded on i auditor.GENERAL:• Comply with statutory Health & Safety obligations and the Cottage Farms Health & Safety Policy.• To optimise the use of company resources and comply with the company policy and procedures.• This list is not exhaustive, and the job holder will be expected to perform other reasonable tasks in the interest of the job and Company performance.

This role is 4 on and 2 off 6.30am to finish normally around 3/4pm.

This is a temp to perm role for the right candidate.
