This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and family-owned manufacturer. As part of a skilled engineering team, you’ll be involved in maintaining diverse production equipment, building services, and supporting exciting capital projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across production and facilities
- Carry out maintenance on mechanical, electrical and control systems.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and plant upgrades
- Identify root cause of failures and implement improvements to drive reliability
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely maintenance
Experience and Qualifications:
- Multi-skilled or electrical-biased engineer (60/40 preferred)
- NVQ3 required; HNC, ONC, or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing/production environment experience essential
- Familiarity with pumps, motors, steam systems, pneumatics, control systems, and HACCP is a bonus
