We are seeking an outstanding Classroom Teacher to join our enthusiastic and supportive team at a vibrant school in Tonbridge. Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of all students in KS1 or Lower KS2.
- Assess and record studentsā progress, preparing reports and participating in parent meetings.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and the well-being of each child.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to curriculum development.
- Participate in and organise school activities, events, and outings that enrich the educational experience of the children.
- Implement and adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience as a Classroom Teacher in KS1 or Lower KS2.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and current teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.
