We are continuously seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistants to join our supply team across various locations in Kent and Medway. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and are looking to contribute positively to the learning experiences of young children.
Day-to-day of the role:- Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily activities, ensuring they meet the educational needs of the children.
- Support the classroom teacher in managing class behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Help with the setup and cleanup of the classroom and learning materials.
- Provide individual support to students, under the direction of the teacher, to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Observe and report on the progress of children, providing feedback to the teacher as needed.
- Assist with the organisation and supervision of play and lunch times.
- Accompany and support the teacher and students on field trips and outdoor activities.
- Experience in a classroom or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and positive attitude, with a passion for working with children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in different schools within Kent and Medway.
