The role of Project Quantity Surveyor is based in Kent and is a permanent, full-time position.
Candidates should have experience working with JCT Design and Build contracts and managing subcontract accounts.
The position requires involvement in the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction to project delivery, on projects valued between £5m and £15m.
The ideal candidate will have a background with either regional or national contractors and the ability to produce accurate commercial reports.

Role: Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: Kent

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

You will:

Have full exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
Work alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
Manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
Be involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
Be working on projects that can range in value from 5m - 15m across various sectors

This major contractor is looking for:

Expert knowledge of working under the JCT D&B form of contract
Knowledge of procurement and sub contractor management
The ability to create accurate commercial reports
Experience working for either a regional / national contractor as the Quantity / Project Surveyor
