Cover Supervisors - Secondary Schools

Are you confident, adaptable, and interested in working within secondary education?
We are an established education recruitment agency working with a range of secondary schools in Tonbridge and nearby areas, and we are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support schools with short- and long-term cover needs.
The Role
- Supervise whole classes during teacher absence
- Deliver pre-set lesson materials and ensure students stay on task
- Maintain positive behaviour in line with school expectations
- Support students' learning and respond appropriately to questions
- Work across KS3 and KS4 (with occasional KS5 opportunities)
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with young people in any setting (schools, youth work, sports coaching, etc.)
- Confident classroom presence and clear communication skills
- Ability to manage behaviour effectively and professionally
- Reliable, flexible, and organised approach to work
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
