Hoop Nursing are seeking a highly experienced, skilled and motivated Nursing Home Manager to lead alarge-bedded andwell-established nursing home in the RCT area. This is an incredibleopportunity for a dynamic leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and operational excellence.
As Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. You will provide strong, supportive leadership to your team, maintaining and excelling compliance with companystandards and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the service.

Essential
- Must be a Registered Nurse with an active PIN
- Must have the Level 5 in Leadership & Management
