Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification

Coordinate subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers to maintain a smooth workflow

Monitor progress against the construction programme and report directly to the Project Manager

Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain accurate site records

Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards

Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimise delays

Demonstrate strong health & safety leadership, programme delivery, and team management
Requirements / Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential schemes

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certifications

Strong knowledge of health & safety, reporting, programme delivery, and people management

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage a busy construction environment
