Involve Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large, high-profile residential scheme in South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to join a reputable contractor and take ownership of delivering a major housing development to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification

  • Coordinate subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers to maintain a smooth workflow

  • Monitor progress against the construction programme and report directly to the Project Manager

  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain accurate site records

  • Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards

  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimise delays

  • Demonstrate strong health & safety leadership, programme delivery, and team management

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential schemes

  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certifications

  • Strong knowledge of health & safety, reporting, programme delivery, and people management

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage a busy construction environment
