Key responsibilities include:

Providing general classroom support to enhance student learning experiences
Collaborating closely with the Class Teacher to deliver engaging lessons
Assisting in creating an inclusive and nurturing environment for all pupils
Supporting individual and group activities to meet diverse learning needs
Encouraging positive behaviour and participation among students
Helping manage classroom resources and maintain a tidy, organized space

Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, proactive approach to supporting children’s development
Flexibility to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
A genuine passion for education and student support
