Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day sales operations
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Managing, mentoring, and motivating a sales team
- Setting and tracking sales targets
- Analysing sales performance and preparing reports for senior leadership
- Training and onboarding new team members
- Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management (automotive sales experience is a plus)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Confident in analysing sales data and preparing reports
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on quality service
- Willingness to work weekends and extended hours when needed
