Sonic Summary

The position is located in Torquay and offers a salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience.
The role involves being a key member of a multi-skilled engineering team focused on delivering high-quality, competitive products.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial environment, with expertise in schematic design, PCB layout using Altium, and both digital and analogue electronics.
Responsibilities include creating electronic designs, collaborating with manufacturing and supply chain teams, and maintaining existing electronic assemblies.
The job also offers flexible working hours and a discretionary performance-related bonus, but applicants must be UK-based as no sponsorship is provided.

Location: Torquay Salary - Up to £65,000 (Depending on Experience) As a key member of a multi-skilled engineering team, you will leverage your expertise in your field to ensure the high-quality, competitive products are being delivered. You will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of high-performance, high-efficiency electronics design. Responsibilities:

Creation of electronic designs for new products
Working closely with manufacturing and supply chain divisions to ensure seamless integration of new product designs.
Maintain existing electronic assemblies through troubleshooting, testing, and redesign as needed.
Management of obsolescent components
Produce all relevant supporting documentation and maintain BoM

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5-Years Experience in a Commercial Environment
Expertise in schematic design, PCB layout (Using Altium), and both digital & analogue electronics
Proven track record of excellent fault-finding

Education: - Degree in a relevant area such as Electronic or Software Engineering Benefits:
